  • Qualify Tenants (credit reports and background checks)
  • Draft rental applications and lease agreements
  • Perform initial tenant walkthrough and move out inspections
  • Collect monthly rental fees and applicable security deposits (monthly tenant statements)
  • Disperse monthly rental income to owners (monthly owner statements)
  • Handle maintenance issues 24/7 by our preferred vendors
  • Keep an eye on the property (monthly drive-bys)
  • Promptly take care of any tenant issues, concerns, or inquiries

  • Draft lease agreements

  • Collect the first month's rent with applicable security deposit


Upon placement of a tenant, Intrepid's team will hand the reins over to you, the Property Owner. At which time you will be given the executed documents (Lease Agreement, Move In/Out Inspection, etc.) and funds (first month's rent and security deposit)
